Microlog Wins Contract From Ft. Detrick for Service First(R) Installation

GERMANTOWN, MD , a Germantown, Maryland-based technology leader in Integrated Voice Response (IVR) and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions for the Government, Healthcare and lotteries, has been awarded a contract from Ft. Detrick to install its ServiceFirst(TM) Foundation and TeleReminder(TM) at the Barquist Army Health Care Facility. Located in Frederick, Maryland, Ft. Detrick is an element of the Army Material Command. The ServiceFirst(TM) Foundation will consist of a Patient Appointment System along with the addition of TeleReminder(TM), a multimedia outbound follow-up, reminder and messaging service.
