Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officer; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 27, 2020, Mr. Ruud Huisman, the Chief Financial Officer of Natur International Corp. (“company”) resigned from all his positions with the Company and its subsidiaries. His resignation came after the company asked him to resign.
