Sheets: NTHD) reports that on Monday, December 8, Dr. Scott A. Optenberg
co-presented the Mali Case Study with Mali's Dr. Mamadou S. Traore to delegates
gathered for the International Health Summit in Hollywood Beach, Florida. Dr.
Optenberg is President of NetImpact's Health Care Information Systems Division.
Dr. Traore is Director of the Mali Health Ministry's Hospital Assessment and
Planning.

Their address focused on the need for a healthcare information infrastructure in
Mali and how NetCare7.0(TM), NetImpact's medical information collection,
management and analysis suite of software, is expected to be utilized in Mali.
Completing the 90-minute presentation, Drs. Optenberg and Traore were
immediately engaged in dialogue with delegates about NetCare7.0(TM) and the
specifics of the planned installation in Mali. The discussions continued that
evening and into the next day.

Drs. Optenberg and Traore boarded a flight from Miami on Tuesday evening,
arriving in Mali on Wednesday.

Most interested in NetCare7.0(TM) were delegates from African and emerging
countries in dire need of a system that identifies and tracks the infectious
diseases running rampant throughout their populations. Upon completion of non-
disclosure agreements, NetImpact will be issuing spec sheets to the
