(BULLETIN BOARD: GATL) , a Nevada corporation, changed its name on February 29,
2004 from Skunk Work Technologies, Ltd.  (BULLETIN BOARD: SKNT)  February 6,
2003; and Nostrad Telecommunications  (BULLETIN BOARD: NSTD)  November 7, 1997;
and originally, Cave Productions Inc. from inception September 24 1993. Our
CUSIP # 37243Y 10 4.

We understand there is an Alberta, Canada entity of similar name that recently
suspended operations and has been halted for trading in Canada. That company, is

CALGARY, March 31, On March 31, 2004, the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC)
ordered that trading cease in the securities of:  Genoray Advanced Technologies
Ltd. The Cease Trade Order was issued as a result of failure to file certain
required financial information.

Genoray Advanced Technologies Ltd. (the "Company") is a reporting issuer in
Alberta and Ontario and was incorporated under the British Columbia Company Act
on May 29,1995 as 497281 B.C. Ltd. On July 28, 1997, the Company changed its
name to Shadow Capital Corp. and was continued under the Alberta Business
Corporations Act. On August 18, 1999, the Company changed its name to
Soundcache.com Inc. On April 9, 2002, the Company changed its name to Genoray
Advanced Technologies Ltd.
