Norilsk Nickel Announces An Update On Share Buyback Program For July 27-31, 2015

   Moscow, August 3, 2015 - PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (hereinafter - "Norilsk 
Nickel" or "the Company"), the world's largest nickel and palladium 
producer, announces that from 27 to 31 July, 2015 171,023* ordinary 
shares were purchased on Moscow Exchange at market price, for the total 
amount of RUB 1,570 million (approximately USD 26.6 million). 
 
   Since the start of share buyback program, the Company has purchased 
594,317* ordinary shares for the total amount of RUB 5,489 million 
(approximately USD 95.7 million). 
 
   In accordance with the best disclosure practices, the Company will 
continue to provide regular updates on the implementation of the share 
buyback program.
