Norilsk Nickel Announces An Update On Share Buyback Program For July 20-24 2015

   Moscow, July 27, 2015 - PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (hereinafter - "Norilsk 
Nickel" or "the Company"), the world's largest nickel and palladium 
producer, announces that from 20 to 24 July, 2015 139,000* ordinary 
shares were purchased on Moscow Exchange at market price, for the total 
amount of RUB 1,279 million (approximately USD 22.4 million). 
 
   Since the start of share buyback program, the Company has purchased 
423,294* ordinary shares for the total amount of RUB 3,919 million 
(approximately USD 69.1 million). 
 
   In accordance with the best disclosure practices, the Company will 
continue to provide regular updates on the implementation of the share 
buyback program.
