Norilsk Nickel Announces An Update On Share Buyback Program For August 31-SEPTEMBER 4, 2015

   Moscow, September 7, 2015 - PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (hereinafter - 
"Norilsk Nickel" or "the Company"), the world's largest nickel and 
palladium producer, announces that from August 31 to September 4, 2015 
46.516* ordinary shares were purchased on Moscow Exchange at market 
price, for the total amount of RUB 487 million (approximately USD 7 
million). 
 
   Since the start of share buyback program, the Company has purchased 
1,058,731* ordinary shares for the total amount of RUB 10,142.6 million 
(approximately USD 167.1 million). 
 
   In accordance with the best disclosure practices, the Company will 
continue to provide regular updates on the implementation of the share 
buyback program.
