Norilsk Nickel Announces An Update On Share Buyback Program For August 3-7, 2015

   Moscow, August 10, 2015 - PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (hereinafter - 
"Norilsk Nickel" or "the Company"), the world's largest nickel and 
palladium producer, announces that from 3 to 7 August, 2015  85,627* 
ordinary shares were purchased on Moscow Exchange at market price, for 
the total amount of RUB 850,6 million (approximately USD 13.5 million). 
 
   Since the start of share buyback program, the Company has purchased 
679,944* ordinary shares for the total amount of RUB 6,340 million 
(approximately USD 109.2 million). 
 
   In accordance with the best disclosure practices, the Company will 
continue to provide regular updates on the implementation of the share 
buyback program.
