Norilsk Nickel Announces An Update On Share Buyback Program For August 17-21, 2015

   Moscow, August 24, 2015 - PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (hereinafter - 
"Norilsk Nickel" or "the Company"), the world's largest nickel and 
palladium producer, announces that from 17 to 21 August, 2015 178,991* 
ordinary shares were purchased on Moscow Exchange at market price, for 
the total amount of RUB 1,779.7 million (approximately USD 27.0 
million). 
 
   Since the start of share buyback program, the Company has purchased 
964,145* ordinary shares for the total amount of RUB 9,170.8 million 
(approximately USD 152.7 million). 
 
   In accordance with the best disclosure practices, the Company will 
continue to provide regular updates on the implementation of the share 
buyback program.
