Resignation of Officers and Directors

 

On July 12, 2019, Ms. Judy Lee submitted her resignation as a director of the Board, effective immediately. Ms. Lee’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company, and the Company thanks Ms. Lee for her contributions to the Board.
