      Nascent Wine Company, Inc. (OTCBB:NCTW), dba Nascent Foodservice, Inc., 
      will not be distributing Rockstar Energy drink to OXXO stores in Mexico. 
      ROCKSTAR energy drink will continue to be available at OXXO, however, a 
      previously established agreement between ROCKSTAR and a different 
      distributor precludes Nascent from distributing to OXXO locations.
