NutriPure Beverages, Inc. Plans Strategic Partnership With Major Manufacturing Facility for Initial Production of Nu2O Bottled W

  NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NBVG) and its subsidiary XND Technologies, Inc. announced today that they
are in the final stages of negotiating a strategic partnership with a major
manufacturing facility in Southern California for the production of their
Nu2O line of nutrient-enhanced bottled water products.  This manufacturing
partner was specifically selected because it has both a very scientific
production process and substantial experience in the process of beverage
production.  While NutriPure's goal is to move production to its own
facilities as soon as possible, management believes that this partnership
provides the necessary synergy to allow it to launch and grow the product
line more quickly in its initial stages.   Details of the agreement and the
name of the facility are being temporarily withheld and are expected to be
released shortly, pending the finalization of internal operational and
structural changes currently being undertaken by the production facility.
