NutriPure Beverages, Inc. Enters Into Negotiations to Acquire Second Distributorship

   NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NBVG) has entered into negotiations to acquire a second and active profitable distributorship located in Utah. Should the acquisition take place, it will be financed with private investment funds, its current key management personnel will remain on board, and its operations will be integrated into those of NutriPure's recently acquired Brenlin Distributorship.

Through Brenlin, NutriPure currently distributes snack items and beverage products including Monster, Rockstar, Redline, Metrx and 5-Hour Energy Drinks to restaurants, colleges, government facilities, convenience stores, gas stations and car washes throughout Southern California. Acquiring this second distributorship would immediately provide NutriPure with increased cash flow, an expanded customer base, and a wider range of products to distribute. More importantly, it would also give the Company an in-house distribution system for its upcoming Nu2O bottled water products that could potentially reach all of California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and perhaps additional neighboring states as well. While cautioning that this particular deal has not yet been finalized, NutriPure CEO reaffirmed that NutriPure is moving as quickly as possible toward its goal of launching its Nu2O products in the near future and broadening their distribution.
