NutriPure Beverages, Inc. Enters Into Negotiations for Acquisition of Active Profitable Distributorship

   NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NBVG) announced today that it has entered into negotiations to acquire an existing active profitable distributorship. Should the acquisition take place, it will be financed with private investment funds.

NutriPure CEO Kenyatto Jones stated, "The company's purpose for seeking this acquisition is two-fold: (1) It would provide us with an immediate and readily expandable income stream; and (2) It would provide an additional means of distribution in the Southwest U.S. for the company's soon-to-be-released Nu2O Enhanced Bottled Water Products. Although we already have access to numerous means of distribution through independent operators, we feel that outright ownership of our own distributorship would provide us with additional flexibility and strength as we enter into our product launch."
