The target acquisition is an active and operational distributorship that is currently servicing the East Coast region and at one time supplied water to a number of national retailers including Target and WalMart. The deal under consideration includes all current business, a sizeable manufacturing facility with capacity for high speed production, and a substantial amount of pristine forest land with multiple springs and water rights.
