(PINKSHEETS: MTPR) is pleased to announce that the Company's independent auditors have completed the financial audits of the Company's accounting records for the calendar years 2007, 2008 and 2009. The audited financial statements have been published on www.Pinksheets.com. The 2007, 2008 and 2009 financial statements were audited by the independent auditing firm engaged by the Company, R.R. Hawkins & Associates International. The opinions for the specified calendar years are unqualified.

Management is now finalizing the financial reports for the third quarter and fourth quarter ended September 30, 2010 and December 31, 2010 respectively.
