Medical Services to Meet Disclosure Requirements

EDMONTON, Alberta, June 5  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Medical Services International Inc. (Pink Sheets: MSITF) wishes to announce that it anticipates that it will meet the Pink Sheets' Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information. The deadline for meeting the guidelines is August 1, 2007. The guidelines deem disclosure current if it is posted within 120 days of fiscal yearend and within 60 days of the quarter end and interim material events are disclosed on a timely basis. The Company will also be required to subscribe to OTCIQ.
