Millennium Prime (MLMN) Appoints International Wine & Spirits Innovator Kim Birkedal Hartmann to Board of Directors

Mr. Birkedal Hartmann brings 35 years of International Wine & Spirits experience and relationships across the globe to Millennium Prime, as well as a legacy of 120 years of family history in Cognac, France since the Birkedal Hartmann company began in 1887.

The house of Birkedal Hartmann (http://www.birkedal-hartmann.com) supplies VSOP cognac to the "House of Lords" of the UK amongst many other exclusive clientele and is sold in over 27 countries. In addition to being owner of the Cognac House of Birkedal Hartmann, Kim is a founder of CONJURE Cognac in association with Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, where he has also acted as Co-CEO. CONJURE Cognac successfully sold over 100,000 cases in the past 12 month period.

Kim has also been the Norwegian Vice Consular in Bordeaux for 25 years and serves on the board of directors of several companies in the wine & spirits industry. He holds an MBA specialized in Wine & Spirits IPC Vins et Spiritueux, Bordeaux, France, 1981.
