Item 9. Other Events

 

As of December 29, 2023, 370 Markets LLC, dba Rares (the “Company”) completed the sale of underlying assets from each outstanding series of the Company, resulting in final distributions being made to investors and the dissolution of each outstanding series in accordance with the terms of the operating agreement of the Company. The intention to begin liquidation of the underlying assets and wind-up operations was identified as part of the Form 1-U filed on June 15, 2023.
