PJSC "Magnit" Announces the Opening of a New Distribution Center

Krasnodar, March 2, 2015: PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer (the
"Company"; MOEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the opening of a new distribution
center in Smolensk.

Please be informed that the Company has opened a new distribution center (DC)
in Smolensk. Total space of the warehouse is about 40 thsd. sq. m. Launch of
the new distribution facility will improve the quality of service in the
Central region.

"Magnit" operates 28 distribution centers with their total capacity of about
950 thsd. sq. m.
