PJSC "Magnit" Announcesthe Opening ofthe 196th Hypermarket

Krasnodar, March 18, 2015: PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer (the
"Company"; MOEX and LSE: MGNT), is pleased to announce the opening of the 196th
hypermarket of a small format.

Please be informed that today the Company opened its 196th hypermarket of a
small format located at 35 Bebelya street, Yekaterinburg, Urals federal region.
Assortment of the hypermarket consists of more than 11,500 SKUs, out of which
about 79% are food items. There are 15 cash desks installed in the sales area.
The outlet is leased by the Company. The hypermarket is open 7 days a week from
9 am to 11 pm.
