   In describing the effect that the London bombings has had on the
City itself, Mr. Smith stated that, "Retail businesses in the vicinity
of mass transit centers have experienced significant downfalls. People
are still a bit jittery and are refusing to use mass transit.
Therefore retail locations in the City center are seeing much less
foot traffic than they are used to."
