Macada Holding, Inc. Announces Ron Ritter Has Been Elected CEO

   Macada Holding, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MCDA) announced Ron Ritter has been voted CEO and will begin operating Macada as the holding company placing the Gun and Range as a subsidiary under Macada. The merger purchasing share will be issued next week. This will bring the issue to the disclosed amount posted in the disclosure statement; we have also completed negotiation with a biotech professor in Germany and have now completed the new company plan and operation soon to be announced. A new statement on the disclosure statement will be posted today in section XVI. This merger adds annual sales of approx. 1.4 million. Madaca has completed the asset sales of Lyfetec assets for 50 million shares with Strata Capital Corp. We will be updating all shareholders with our update for the shares to be dividend to all shareholders of record; these shares have been issued and are being held at the new Macada office for distribution.
