   MOBILE STAR CORP. (OTCQB: MBST) (PINKSHEETS: MBST) is pleased to announce a non-binding consulting engagement with a northern California-based higher education institution to help restructure and secure financing of real property assets through Mobile Star, Education and Real Estate Lending division. The terms of engagement are not made public at this time.
