   Lyric Jeans, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LYJN) today announced that it has taken the steps necessary to become a Pink Sheets reporting company including entering into the Pink OTC Markets Issuer Services Agreement and assembling the information as required by Pink Sheets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information.
