Lake Victoria Mining Company Comments on Share Price and Trading Volume

Lake Victoria Mining Company, Inc. (LVCA:OTCBB) has experienced a substantial increase in price and trading volumes throughout the past several weeks.

The Company states: “The Company does not have any material information which has a bearing on the trading price or volume of its equity shares in the public market.”

We are currently and have been over the past year, in discussions with financing groups that have interest in funding the establishment of an operating gold mine at Kinyambwiga Gold Project, however we do not have any material agreements from any group that could be disclosed.

We will continue to work to satisfy our objective to establish a commercial gold mine at the Kinyambwiga Gold Project, Tanzania, East Africa.
