Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 18, 2018, the board of the directors of Highlight Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Jose R. Mayorquin as the Director of the Company, effective immediately.
