KS International Holdings Inc., a Nevada Corporation, (KSIH: OTC PINKSHEETS) announced it has entered into a two year agreement with Leventis Investments of New York to assist the company in identifying, qualifying, and negotiating prospective acquisitions. Under the terms of the agreement, the consultant will bring its cumulative network and expertise from over 30 years of experience in the business. The fees are performance based, and as such, KS International Holdings will only pay the consultant’s fee as the company successfully closes on acquisitions brought by the consultant.
KS International Holding’s CEO Sean Sego stated, “I am pleased that we were able to secure a long term agreement with such a highly recommended consultant group, on such favorable terms. We look forward to a productive and profitable relationship moving forward. This agreement confirms that others share the excitement of the company’s strategic vision, also adding credibility to our strategy.”
