KGRI Announces Consulting Agreement With Buff Water, Inc.

   The Kiley Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KGRI) announced today it has signed a services agreement with Buff Water, Inc. (Buff) to provide services to assist the company in making a public offering of their stock on the OTC:BB market. Under the agreement, KGRI will provide "end-to-end" consulting services to complete the offering process. In addition, the Company stated that it will provide Buff with funding for the majority of the costs related to the offering.

The Company stated that it believes this agreement will clearly demonstrate that it can reduce the cost and cut the time required to create a public entity as a result of its internal expertise and strong relationships with other groups that provide needed specialty services that are required for a public offering.
