Soon Be Reviewed By AMEX And Continuing Its Aggressive Expansion In China


TAIPEI, Taiwan, April 15 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- As requested by AMEX,
Kid Castle Educational Corporation  (BULLETIN BOARD: KDCE)  has established its
independent directors along with the application file and shall send its name
list for AMEX's review.

As to other business development, aside from its franchise expansion, the
company has also increase its joint-partnership with various local entities and
incorporated operations such as the Culture Media and Education Center to
increase its publishing materials across China.  Kid Castle has also entered
into a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Hotline.  With approximately 800
thousand members, Shanghai Hotline will develop a site for KDCE to host, sell,
and promote the company's published materials and online learning.

Meanwhile, in order to facilitate its expansion, the Company has invested
heavily in its human resources in their China operations, based in Shanghai.
Kid Castle currently has over 100 employees in China.  Management believes that
the increase in the number and quality of its human resource will enable it to
meet the demands of these future operations.
