(KALY) today announced plans for this January to initiate business development activities direct toward expanding marina management operations in the Caribbean.  KALY announced last month a $10 million contract with Harbormaster Development to manage the development of a new marina slated for a specific property in Puerto Rico.  KALY and Harbormaster management will meet in Puerto Rico later this month to initiate the development project. The two Companies plan to visit additional prospective new harbor sites in the Caribbean in conjunction with Puerto Rico meetings.  The two Companies are actively engaged in negotiations regarding three additional potential marina development projects.
