  Juma Technology Corp. (OTCBB: JUMT), a leading IP Convergence firm specializing in managed services, today announced that it has signed a letter of intent to sell certain of its assets, related to its telecommunications and systems integration business, to Carousel Industries of North America, Inc., subject to certain approvals.

Juma Technology Corp., the publicly traded entity, shall continue to operate through its wholly owned subsidiary, Nectar Services Corp., a network monitoring and management software firm specializing in managed services for voice and data networks. Nectar Services shall continue its growth and expansion, worldwide, in conjunction and cooperation with its various valued Channel Partners in the voice and data industry.

Anthony Servidio, Juma Technology Corp.'s CEO, stated: "We are very pleased to have entered into this letter of intent and look forward to closing upon the sale of the Juma Systems Integration Business to Carousel Industries.
