Interact-TV Partners With TotalQ Pty Ltd to Establish International Sales Channel

  Interact-TV(TM) (PINKSHEETS: ITVI), the
leading developer of Linux-based Home Entertainment Servers, today
announced a partnership with TotalQ Pty Ltd, a prominent custom home
electronic design and manufacturing company headquartered in Australia, to
establish a worldwide sales channel of authorized distributors and expand
dealers of Interact-TV's Telly product line in the US market.

Telly Media Servers encompass a comprehensive Video Library with integrated DVD server and cover art navigation, Music Library with integrated audio server and Lossless Audio Encoding, Photo Library, web surfing and more. Telly incorporates many features critical to the media server market including component video out with 720p and 1080i, more zones per server with Gigabit Ethernet and a higher performance processor.

This partnership also allows integration of the Telly product line with TotalQ's HAL lighting control and distributed AV products providing a complete media server and automation solution. HAL is Australia's number one distributed audio visual brand and in recent years has also begun to carve out a significant share in the automated lighting sector of the intelligent home markets with its simplistic, yet extremely functional products.
