On July 11, 2008, the Board of Directors of InfoSearch Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “Registrant”), determined that the 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company would be moved to Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Holiday Inn LAX located at 9901 La Cienega Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90045 and set July 15, 2008 as the final record date for the 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
