FITCHBURG, Mass., Aug. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Integrated Pharmaceuticals, ("Intepharm"), (OTC:INTP) (BULLETIN BOARD: INTP) an innovative healthcare product creator and manufacturer, today formally announced that it is about to launch a unique bottled water product. Intepharm's half liter bottled water will have 135 mg of calcium and 35 mg of magnesium. Both important minerals are 100% soluble and 100% absorbable. Calcium supplements on the market now have very low absorption rates. Also, products on the market with more than 65 mg of calcium must add sweeteners or artificial flavoring to cover up an unpleasant taste and smell. Healthy Cal has no sweeteners, flavorings or calories -- just good taste. Several recent studies have shown the benefit of having high levels of calcium and magnesium to combat osteoporosis, diabetes, and heart and cancer diseases. Bottling and labeling equipment are functioning properly at Intepharm's 38,000 square foot cGMP facility. Regulatory approvals are well underway. Three sales people have been hired to place Healthy Cal+ in organic stores, health food stores, health clubs, high-end grocery stores, and busy convenience stores in New England. Several orders have been placed. The reaction to the product has been excellent. The healthy beverage and energy drinks markets grew close to 50% in 2006. More significant developments to follow. About Intepharm Intepharm is an emerging producer of specialty compounds for the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and functional food industries.
