iFinix recently acquired 51% ownership of OakBridge Management, Inc., who owns a 20% joint venture interest in the Mohave Mine, located on the western slope of the Black Mountains in northwestern Arizona.

iFinix has filed the Mohave Mine Technical Report, which is NI 43-101 compliant. This is an in-depth document which details and validates the asset value of the Mohave Mine.
