UKarma Corporation Announces Name Change and Stock Symbol Change

FAIRFAX, Va., Aug. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- UKarma Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UKMA), as part of a reverse stock split announced on Tuesday, August 17th in connection with a reverse merger, has changed its name to Innolog Holdings Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: INHC), effective as of August 18, 2010.
