Indie Ranch Media's Subsidiary, NetMix, Updates Business Plan Which Includes $12 Million Proforma Revenue

  Indie Ranch Media, Inc. (the "Company"),

revenue potential. Sparrow Marcioni, President of the Company's subsidiary
NetMix Broadcasting Network Inc.  ("NetMix"), has updated the NetMix
business plan and model which includes proforma revenue projections
potentially exceeding $12M in the first 6 quarters.

The NetMix broadcasting business model includes revenue from advertising sales, syndication charges for NetMix content, re-broadcasting fees; electronic music distribution charges, studio and production fees and on demand music distribution charges. Additional revenue streams will be added after video streaming is integrated to the broadcasting model.
