Indie Ranch Media Subsidiary NetMix Broadcasting Announces Final Negotiations for Expanded Network Coverage

(PINKSHEETS: INDR) announced that their wholly owned subsidiary NetMix
Broadcasting Network has entered into the final phase of negotiations with
a global Internet bandwidth provider to co-build the NetMix Broadcasting
Network. This will provide the necessary Internet network capacity to
launch their broadcasting network worldwide.

Through the combined efforts of NetMix and their prospective new bandwidth partner listeners around the globe will be able to listen to NetMix Broadcasts through multiple peering points thus providing superior quality of audio stream. This arrangement will also allow content providers more locations to deliver content to more cost effectively.

NetMix Broadcasting has previously completed building the back-end infrastructure needed to support up to 10 million listeners. The unique technology deployed for NetMix Broadcasting service allows NetMix to provide 128k audio streams to thousands of online listeners including the recently added mobile applications. NetMix Broadcasting will deploy their network with state of the art broadband technology utilizing advanced cluster computing technology. The combination will allow NetMix to capitalize on all areas of Internet broadcasting growth.
