BluDog executes LOI to acquire Nutraceutical Co-Packer

BluDog Products LLC, a subsidiary of International Consolidated Companies, Inc. (OTC:INCC), has executed a LOI to acquire a, Florida based, Nutraceutical Co-Packer. The Co-Packer’s, unaudited, revenues are greater than $10,000,000 per year with $2,000,000 in EBITDA.

“We are very excited to embark on a campaign to acquire and roll up Nutraceutical Co-Packer companies.  Many have positive cash flows and all stand to benefit from consolidation and economies of scale.
