  ImageXpres Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMJX), a US-based digital imaging and printing company, today announced it has met all the requirements of the Pink OTC Markets Alternative Reporting Standard, and as a result, ImageXpres Corporation is now listed on the Current Information OTC Market Tier. The Company also released its 2010 First Quarter financial results, with sales revenues and net profit ahead of 2010 forecasts.
