ImageXpres Announces Formation of Medical Systems Division

  ImageXpres Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMJX), today announced the formation of a medical products and services division, ImageXpres Medical Systems. The newly-formed division will focus on the development, commercialization and marketing of the Company's digital solutions for the growing worldwide healthcare market.

Zankowski, ImageXpres President, CEO, states, "We recognize the strong revenue and earnings potential of ImageXpres'digital medical solutions now available, and the strategic value of several new products now under development, including our Surg-i-Scan™ Surgical Safety Checklist system. The product suite is in final testing, and slated for general availability in May.
