RIVERSIDE, CA--(Marketwired - Feb 6, 2014) - Ingen Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IGNT), (http://ingen-tech.com); announced today the appointment of its new CEO David S. Hanson. In connection with the Special Meeting with the Board of Directors on February 4, 2014, David S. Hanson was appointed to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Ingen Technologies, Inc.

The appointment follows the decision in January that current CEO Thomas Neavitt has decided to retire for personal reasons. Mr. Neavitt had been CEO since the beginning of 2011, having previously been CFO since 2004.
