IDC and PepsiCo Sign Agreement for The Answer

International Dispensing Corporation (IDC) (IDND.PK) announced today that it has signed an agreement with PepsiCo, the world’s second-largest food-and-beverage company. The agreement confirms the commitment of both parties to roll out PepsiCo beverage products using The Answer® in a major international market in 2011, and to negotiate a broader global agreement involving PepsiCo’s use of The Answer® for a variety of beverages and syrups.

PepsiCo and IDC anticipate that the market roll-out will commence in early 2011, and that the definitive global agreement will be consummated by mid 2011.
