Indocan Resources in Australian Talks

GOLD COAST, Australia, March 22  /PRNewswire/ -- Indocan Resources Inc (OTC:IDCN) Indocan officers are visiting Australia and meeting with Australian Gold Holdings Ltd directors and larger shareholders and have made several important decisions as to corporate direction. We are attending their Annual General Meeting of shareholders being held on 27 March and will present the full picture then. This will include JV structures, funding plans and what that means to all shareholders of the various entities. We will issue an appropriate press release after the AGM and explain our plans.
