(OTC:IDCN) (BULLETIN BOARD: IDCN)  today announces that the Company has executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Les Eaux Gabriel Inc., a Canadian company involved in production, marketing and sales of Quebec Spring Water. Indocan has direct interests in Les Eaux Gabriel and has the right to acquire regional sales areas worldwide.

Les Eaux Gabriel Inc., sells to certain specialty markets and will through Indocan's efforts expand to specific regions to be announced soon. Les Eaux Gabriel (the Waters of Gabriel) is sparkling clean, natural Quebec Spring Water. Spring Water is a category of natural water with far less mineral content than other waters classified as Mineral Water. Les Eaux Gabriel averages 175ppm of natural minerals.

It is being said now that Water is the New Gold. Indocan intends to capitalize on this notion and market clean Canadian Spring Water to the world.
