Indocan Resources Appoints New Board Member, Updates Bond Issue

BANGKOK, Thailand, Nov. 2  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Indocan Resources Inc. (OTC:IDCN) is pleased to announce its newly appointed member of the Board of Directors, Sutida Suwunnavid of the Knightsbridge Group.

Lawyers for our subsidiary, Indocan of Thailand have prepared the necessary filings and will lodge them with the Thai government next week.  In addition, the marketing plan to sell the bonds will begin within 14 days. Funds should become available to Indocan in December.

Sutida Suwunnavid said, "I am very excited to be joining the Board at this stage; a lot of work was done between Indocan and us when we were trying to salvage TPI, now that effort can be put to work for IDCN shareholders."
