Indocan Resources Applies For Libya Bid Process

LONDON, Oct. 29  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Indocan Resources Inc. (OTC:IDCN) today announces that the Company has had meetings in London, England with Stock Charter Group and representatives of oil & gas concessions in Libya.

We have authorized our potential Joint Venture partners to submit our bids for various hydrocarbon blocks in specific areas of Libya to be accepting bids in the next process coming in December. Libya has been conducting closed bid and lottery type bids for certain crude oil, natural gas, water and other mineral claims on a quarterly basis.
