The Registrant files this report for a 5 days extension, from November 16, to November 21, 2007, for filing its third Quarter Financial on Form 10QSB, because it will be unable to complete the preparation of its financial statements by the initial filing date without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant anticipate that it will be able to file the complete first quarter financials on or before November 21, 2007.
