Hollywood Studios International Partners With The Gridlock Group to Host the "Party of the Year" on New Year's Eve

(PINKSHEETS: HYWS) has structured a potential acquisition of The Gridlock
Group, and their first endeavor together will be co-hosting one of the
premiere parties in Hollywood this New Year's Eve, featuring some of the
hottest live entertainment.

Sir Steven Saxton, Chairman, CEO and Founder of Hollywood Studios International, said, "This will be THE event in Hollywood this New Year's Eve and we hope people will get their tickets early before they sell out."

The event begins at 9:00 p.m. and is taking place at Paramount Studios (5555 Melrose Ave.). The Times Square Stage (main stage) will be hosted by Pamela Anderson and will feature a Live Performance by American Idol's Adam Lambert, Fanny Pak from America's Best Dance Crew and an Opening Live Performance by Kevin Rudolf.

Shane Lamas will host the Rockefeller Center Stage, which will feature performances by Dakota Lamas, Far*East Movement (FM), DJ Coolwhip and many others.

At midnight, there will be a full fireworks show to ring in the New Year.
